IDs of the deployment rules whose title was updated. Optional and additive: an older server leaves it unset even though it did rename the rules.
One entry per requested deployment rule that was not updated, most commonly because no rule with that id exists. Empty when every requested rule was updated. A rule missing from both lists was not renamed.
